Here are the results of the budget friendly rehab we completed on the Stark Av property. The owner agreed to sell her home to us as is since she wanted to do no repairs.

Previously she had listed with a real estate agent and accepted an offer but had issues with the buyer backing out of the contract. She didn’t want to go through the hassles of listing again so she decided to simply sell as is to us with no inspection contingencies.
