A message from Mark:

Prime Property Options, LLC, is the result of my 30+ years in the housing industry and our desire to help home sellers understand all the ways they can sell a home fast in Kansas City and the surrounding areas.

My wife, Kathy (a lifelong Royals and Chiefs fan), grew up in Belton, and we moved back from California in 2009 to be near family.

Starting out picking up Coke bottles around construction sites and helping my dad as a 7 year old boy, I began learning those values that are important to homeowners:

My brother and I both acquired the entrepreneurial spirit early in life. We would push our lawn mower around the neighborhood in Morgan’s Point Resort, Tx, looking for yards to mow. We also carried our empty 5 gallon bucket around with soap and rags, looking for cars to wash. One of my greatest memories was a car pulling up beside us on the road and the driver asking, “Are you the guys that wash cars?”

We knew we were big time then … customers stopping us on the road wanting our service!

Later, building and selling a carpet & upholstery cleaning business from the ground up required me to grow  in understanding what a client needs and how to provide multiple options to solve their problems in ways that fit their budget.
