We create a CMA (Comparative Marketing Analysis) which shows the results of our research and gives our best estimate of what we believe the home would sell for in top condition.
We include the repairs we believe will be needed and that will bring the highest return in order to sell at the maximum price.

After reviewing the Pre-Listing Assessment results, you’ll receive an Inheritance Maximizer quote from Prime Property Options, LLC.
